Tucked into Southwest Bay — one of the finest beaches on the island — Alligator View is a beautifully crafted Caribbean villa with full bay views, direct beach access, and absolute privacy. Cross the coastal road and descend a short staircase: you are at the water's edge.

Providencia sits in the southern Caribbean, off the coasts of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Seven kilometres long and four wide, it belongs to Colombia's San Andrés Archipelago. Thanks to its relative isolation, the island remains immaculate: white-sand beaches free of crowds, rugged jungle, and crystalline waters.
